For serious founders only… available for the first time outside Henry's private practice.

Every Friday, I personally check whether your most important work got done. It's the same 15 minute ritual my private clients pay me up to $15,000 for!

Install  the  OnTRACK Friday™ installs the one thing missing from your  week: someone who knows what their looking at, watching  whether the work that actually grows your business gets done. Fifteen minutes . Every Friday. All year.

Hi, my name is Henry Mittelman. I'm the founder of CEO Advisory Partners, and I've spent the past 20 years working privately with founders and CEOs.

I want to tell you about a pattern I've now seen in more than 200 of them.

You start the week clear. By Friday, you're buried.

Not because you're lazy. Not because you don't care. You know exactly what matters. That's what makes it worse (and gets you frustrated).

So what's not getting done?

It's the strategic decision that keeps moving to next week. The launch that's been sitting on the whiteboard for two months. The project that never seems to get finished (just to name a few).

Every week you plan to work on it. Every week, something else takes over.

When Friday arrives, you close the laptop, and somewhere underneath the busyness is a feeling you can't quite name… Not failure, exactly. But not success either.

Then Monday comes, and the whole script starts again.

If you're reading this, you're not in crisis. Your business is running. But you know it could - and should be doing better. From the outside, everything looks fine. Inside, the work that actually moves the needle keeps slipping. And it's been slipping longer than you'd like to admit.

That feeling has a name. It's called DRIFT.

And it's not a discipline problem.

DRIFT has a real cost. It just never sends an invoice

It's the marketing initiative still stuck on the whiteboard while small fires eat up your calendar.

It's being busy - constantly moving  - constantly, while important work goes nowhere!

You feel it on Friday afternoons. The week was full. But was it full of the right stuff?

Here's the dangerous part: there's no external pressure to fix what nobody else can see is broken. That's precisely why it compounds.

Clarity delayed is progress denied.

Every fix you've tried was solving the wrong problem.

The productivity "industry" tells you the problem is: Discipline. Focus. Mindset. Earlier mornings. Tighter To-Do-Lists.

You've tried some version of all of it. It works for a week or two. Then DRIFT comes back. You blame yourself. You try again. And the DRIFT comes back again.

That cycle isn't a character flaw. It's what happens when you apply personal solutions to a structural problem.

The real reason the important work keeps getting buried has nothing to do with work ethic or your intentions.

There's no mechanism built into your week that makes your most important work non-negotiable.

Without that mechanism, urgent beats important every time. The Monday morning email carries an implicit deadline. The important project doesn't. So the email wins - not because you chose it, but because that's how unstructured weeks work.

This is a hundred-year-old problem. And researchers stumbled onto the answer a hundred years ago.

In the 1920s, a factory outside Chicago accidentally discovered why some people follow through and others don't

Researchers were studying worker productivity.

They wanted to know whether better lighting would improve output. So they brightened the lights. Productivity went up.

Then they dimmed the lights back down. Productivity went up again.

The lighting had nothing to do with it.

The workers performed differently because they knew someone was paying attention. Not judging. Not managing. Just watching. That single fact… the awareness of being observed… changed behavior in ways that motivation, incentives, and instruction couldn't.

This finding became known as the Hawthorne Effect, and in the century since, the underlying principle  - that consistent external observation plus specific commitments changes ones ability to follow through - has become one of the most rigorously documented behavioral principles in science. It's why the world's best performers in every field pay for coaches, boards, and trainers they technically don't "need".

Here's what it means for your business.

The reason your important work keeps getting buried isn't that you lack the will to do it. It's that there's no one watching whether it happens.

The gym doesn't care if you show up. It cashes your check either way. But when a trainer is waiting at 7am, you show up. Nothing about you has changed. The structure changed.

That's the missing piece.

I've watched this pattern across 200+ founders. Here's what I built to break it.

Quick background so you know who's talking. I've worked closely with more than 200 founders, solopreneurs, founders, and CEOs,

Before that, I helped build and operate a company that was eventually acquired for $400 million. I served as National Managing Director at KPMG. I've advised venture-backed startups, bootstrapped operators, Shark Tank winners, and 8-figure entrepreneurs navigating their next move. My standard consulting rate is $1500 an hour, and my private clients pay between $2500-$15,000 a month to work with me.

Across every revenue level, every industry, every stage, I kept seeing the same pattern: brilliant operators DRIFTING because nothing in their week forced them to stop, look honestly at what had moved and what hadn't, and recommit  - to someone other than themselves - to what actually mattered next.

"Henry is a true business builder who is more qualified than most to teach all entrepreneurs how to get 'UnSTUCK for Good.' I highly recommend you follow his approach carefully. Henry has nailed it."

Brian Kurtz, Business Builder of Boardroom Inc., Founder of Titans Marketing LLC

"I have known Henry for more than 15 years. He excels at building businesses. His proprietary program provides a framework and roadmap to help you achieve your goals and change your limiting or unproductive habits. His guidance has been invaluable to me, and has been directly responsible for me taking action and achieving the goals I set to increase the revenue of my business and improve the effectiveness of my team."

Chris O’Connor, CEO, Second Avenue Capital

The most common thing I heard from Shark Tank founders, to franchise owners, to CEOs,  was some version of the same six words.

"I was operating in a vacuum."

No one watching. No weekly checkpoint. No external moment that made the important work non-negotiable.

So I built OnTRACK Friday™ to install a simple structural solution that helps you get your most important work done week, after week, after week.

OnTRACK Friday™ provides the same structural foundation that underpins everything I do with my private clients, delivered in a lean format. It's built for operators who can't afford the more personalized one-on-one interaction. They just need the structure that makes their most important work happen, week, after week, after week.

That sentiment is not just mine. Here's what Shaan Patel, founder of Prep Expert, (a Mark Cuban company) said after we started working together more than 7 years ago.

“I pitched my company on Shark Tank in 2016. I never thought I would be in need of a business coach — but I was wrong. I approached Henry Mittelman to help me solve some organizational issues as well as scale my business, and Henry over delivered. Despite the challenges of COVID-19, we had our biggest revenue years ever. Henry helps me make decisions as a CEO where previously, I made those decisions in a vacuum. He acts as a sounding board for all my ideas, helps me assess the risk of our decisions, and keeps me focused. Bringing Henry on board was one of the best decisions I have made in the past 10 years at Prep Expert.

Founder & CEO, Prep Expert

The whole thing takes 15 minutes.

Let me be clear about what this is not. OnTRACK Friday™ isn't coaching. It's not a course. It's not a mastermind, a peer group, or productivity app.

It's a performance infrastructure. A 15-minute Friday ritual that installs the one structural element behavioral research says actually works: consistent external observation by someone who pays attention and knows what they're looking at.

Here's exactly how it works.

👉 Step 1: Submit Your Commitments

Every Friday, you document your progress, identify what's working, commit to the three most important things you'll accomplish next week, and name your biggest current frustration — along with what you plan to do about it.

Under 15 minutes. A sharp recalibration, not a performance review.

👉 Step 2: External Review

I read it. Every submission, every week. No judgment. Just visibility. You're seen. You've made a commitment to someone who knows what he's looking at - and that changes everything.

👉 Step 3: Strategic Prompting

Sometimes you'll get a response from me: an insight, a question, a nudge to refocus. Sometimes silence is all you need. The structure is doing its work either way. The ritual is the mechanism.

👉 Step 4: Recommit and Reset

Monday starts clear. Three specific commitments. No fog. No leftover chaos from the week before. Simple by design -because complexity kills follow-through.

Here's what David Rosenberg, Founder of Rosenberg Automotive Holdings and former CEO of Prime Motor Group, said about what that kind of consistent structure did for his business:

"If you want to achieve your greatest potential, Henry's OnTRACK FRIDAY™ program will dramatically improve your personal effectiveness, profitability, and long-term success."

Most people who join OnTRACK Friday™ have already tried something else

Every accountability system you've tried had the same flaw. This one doesn't. The mastermind that started strong and faded by month three. The accountability partner whose commitment didn't outlast the initial enthusiasm. The peer group with great community, but nobody watching your specific work. The app that sits there silently when you stop opening it.

Every one of those systems has the same flaw. Nobody is actually watching.

OnTRACK Friday™ is structurally different because I read every submission personally. That's not a feature. That's the mechanism. That's the Hawthorne Effect in practice.

It's also why the Standard Program is capped at 25 members, not as a marketing device, but because beyond that number the personal review of every submission becomes impossible. The cap protects the integrity of the mechanism. Remove the observation and you've removed the result.

Here’s what Tanis Yannetti said about his experience with OnTrack Friday™:

"I was referred to CEO Advisory Partners by a close friend who had worked with Henry for a number of years. I had come to the realization that while I was the owner of the business, I needed to improve my ability to be a more effective CEO. Henry taught me the skills, and gave me the confidence, to take my business forward. Because of his support, guidance, and encouragement, I am more focused and look at my business in a more strategic way. The OnTRACK FRIDAY™ Program provided me the structure to hold me and my team more accountable, and accomplish more high value activities. Henry has helped me to make a more positive impact on my company, I'm now confident in its long-term success."

Wendy Gutterson joined OnTrack Friday when she knew she needed to scale but couldn't quite get her most important work to move consistently. What changed when the structure was in place:

"I knew that to scale my business, I had to make some changes. Henry's OnTRACK FRIDAY™ program helped me to be more effective on a daily basis, giving me the ability and time I needed to stay focused and accomplish the high value tasks that really mattered. Together we developed operational and growth strategies and tactics that improved the foundation of the business, allowing us to handle the increased revenue we are now experiencing. The results have been truly remarkable."

OnTRACK Friday™ isn't for everyone.

This is for you if

  • You operate a real business, not a hobby
  • You already know what to do — you just need to stay focused and follow through
  • You’re not looking for inspiration, hand-holding, or hacks — just a reliable system that works
  • You value clarity, precision, and momentum
  • You don’t fear being held accountable
  • You want to work smarter — not longer

This is Not for you if…

  • You’re still figuring out if you have a real business
  • You expect someone else to drive your results
  • You want deep emotional coaching, therapy, or mindset work
  • You resist structure and resent deadlines
  • You make excuses for your failures
  • You need to be motivated to take action

And one more filter, because I mean it: If you're a "Course Collector" this is not for you. You know the type - shelves of business books, a hard drive full of programs labeled "Marketing Course 2019", $10,000 spent on courses that haven't produced $100 in profit. Excited about the "amazing new strategy" they just learned from the latest guru.

Ask them what results they've gotten from the previous 47 courses they bought, and you'll get a blank stare. They join various "challenges", get excited for the first week, then get distracted by the next shiny object that promises "easier" or "faster" results.

Here's the truth: OnTRACK Friday™ requires you to STOP learning and START doing.

You'll be required to implement three really important high value tasks each week that will move your business forward. No shortcuts. No "better ways." No jumping to the next shiny object.

If you're the type who has a hard drive full of unused courses, if you get bored easily, if you're always looking for the "next big shiny thing" instead of mastering what you already have...

Then OnTRACK FRIDAY™ will frustrate the hell out of you.

Course collectors who can't commit to finishing what they start should leave right now.

Based on what I have experienced in the past, a lot of people who read this won't join - not because it's too hard or too expensive, but because it takes a real commitment to follow-through.

If you have a computer, closet, or basement full of expensive "informational products or other magic pills" you never quite got around to consuming — much less implemented — then you won’t get any value from OnTRACK FRIDAY™.

So, if you're really not ready to commit, please don't join.

On the other hand, if you’re a serious driven solopreneur, founder, CEO, or entrepreneur who just needs "that little extra" to stay on track, you’re exactly who this was built for.

David Rudnick knew his business could be doing better. He wasn't in crisis, but he was DRIFTING, and he knew it.

Here's what one year of OnTrack Friday™ produced:

"I've been an owner and entrepreneur for almost 10 years. While my business does well, I knew it could be doing better so I enrolled in the OnTRACK FRIDAY™ Program. Henry helped me to develop a strategic roadmap. In the first year we worked together, profits dramatically increased, and my stress levels took a nosedive. His counsel helped me to see the business more clearly and make better decisions. The OnTRACK FRIDAY™ Program ensured I stay focused on the high value activities that really matter. If you want to grow your business faster, I highly recommend you work with Henry. It's one of the best decisions I have ever made for my business, and for me personally.”

The three things founders wonder before they apply and my straight answers.

Shouldn't I be able to do this on my own?

Maybe. But if that were true, the drift wouldn't keep coming back.

This isn't about ability, it's about structure. The reason roads have guardrails and cars have brakes is because speed requires control. The most effective executives in the world have boards, advisors, and accountability structures – not because they can't think for themselves, but because performance at scale requires external observation.

Observation doesn't grade on capability. It works regardless of how smart or accomplished you are.

I don't have time for one more thing.

This isn't one more thing. It's 15 minutes on Friday – the pulse that keeps everything else moving forward.

Most members find they recover more hours than they invest because working clearer is faster than working harder.

What if I commit and it doesn't work?

Then you really didn't commit, because it works. Period. It's not up for discussion.

OnTrack Friday™ isn't a course, a coach, or a hack. It's a 16-year, time-tested proven system built on behavioral research. Proven systems either work or they don't and this one works.

There's also a 30 Day OnTRACK Guarantee:  Do the work for the first four Fridays. Submit all four check-ins on time. If after 30 days you don't believe this structure is changing what actually gets done in your business, tell me and I'll refund every dollar you've paid. No forms, no friction, no hard feelings. I can offer this because the mechanism works when you work it - and because the people this page is written for aren't the type who are looking for a magic bullet - they know it takes work, and their willing to do it.

Jess Galica came looking for a thinking partner who could operate at both the strategic and operational level. What she found surprised her:

"What sets Henry apart from other business or CEO coaches is his versatility and ability to support not only at the strategic high level, but also at the really operational level as well. He's been able to help me with things like getting my podcast off the ground for the first time, navigating some elements of the book publishing industry, and even getting started with a virtual assistant for the first time. That balance of strategic support, along with the operational realities that you face every day as someone trying to build something, has been so valuable — and I think difficult to find in the market when you're looking for a coach and trusted partner."

Here's what your Friday could look like

With OnTrack Friday™, you look back at what you committed to last week. Two of three things done. The third was delayed, but you know exactly why, and you have a clear plan.

You name your three commitments for the next week. Monday starts clear.

Without it,  your list was just as long on Friday as it was on Monday. The important project hasn't moved in three weeks. The quiet dissatisfaction of a full week that somehow didn't move the needle.

The difference is structural.

The business operator who runs their week with intention wins. Not because they're more talented, but because their most important work actually happens.

Two options are in front of you right now.

The first is to leave this page and continue the status-quo. Start Monday with good intentions. End on Friday with the important work still waiting. DRIFT compounding quietly, week after week. That option costs nothing today. Over the next 12 months, it costs more than you think.

The second is to install the structure that stops it.

Fifteen minutes a week. A weekly record of what mattered and whether it happened. Me, reading it -  every single time. And a behavioral principle with a hundred-year track record making your most important work the thing that actually gets done.

$5,000 for the entire year -- $96 a week--backed by 30 Day Full Refund Guarantee (or $15,000 for the Enhanced VIP Program if you want me as a strategic partner along side the structure).

You've always known what matters. Now you have the structure that makes acting on it non-negotiable!

Don't let another week DRIFT by. The most important work in your business has been waiting long enough.

Two options are in front of you right now.

Option 1: Leave this page and continue the status quo. Start Monday with good intentions. End Friday with the important work still waiting. DRIFT compounding quietly, week after week. That option costs nothing today. Over the next 12 months, it costs more than you think.

Option 2: Install the structure that stops it.

Fifteen minutes a week. A weekly record of what mattered and whether it happened. I read it every single time. And a behavioral principle with a 100-year track record making your most important work the thing that actually gets done.

The founder who runs their week with intention wins. Not because they're more talented. Because what matters to them actually happens.

That's the only difference. And it's available to you right now.

Still have questions? Here are the straight answers

Is this coaching?

No. OnTRACK Friday™ is performance infrastructure. It installs a structural mechanism - consistent external observation - that makes your most important work non-negotiable. It's not therapy or mindset work. There are no lessons, modules, or live workshops. It's a weekly routine that keeps you clear, focused, and moving forward. The Enhanced VIP Program does involve coaching in the Strategic Monthly and Quarterly Sessions, but the core mechanism is the weekly accountability structure.

What exactly do I do each week?

Every Friday morning, you complete a brief structured submission: what you committed to last week, what happened, what was your biggest frustration (and what you will do about it), and your three most important commitments for next week.. It takes about 15-30 minutes — and the ripple effect lasts all week.

How is this different from an accountability group?

There’s no group chat, no Zoom rooms, and no public updates. This is a private submission cycle built on structured observation. The power isn’t in a group — it’s in the groove. If you are a serious business operator, and not afraid to make a commitment, this program will do wonders for you.

What if I miss a week?

Life happens. You’re human. Missing a week doesn't break the structure. What matters is the consistent pattern over time. The ritual is designed to be sustainable, not punishing — no guilt, no drama.

Do I need to know what I’m working on in advance?

No. The process itself helps you surface and clarify your priorities. If you’re spinning, this helps you stop.

Will I hear from you each week?

Your submission will always be read. If it's too weak or off-target, I may reply with a question, prompt, or suggestion to sharpen your thinking. If you're already dialed in and on point, you may not hear back that week — but most of the time, you'll get a note from me to keep your clarity sharp and your momentum strong.

Will I get to speak with you directly?

Standard program members have access to monthly "Ask Me Anything" Group Laser Coaching Sessions. Enhanced (VIP) members start with a private 60–90 minute onboarding call to map your strategy, then have direct access to me through quarterly strategy sessions and SOS office hours.

Can I renew at the same price after the year is up?

Yes. As long as you stay active, you’ll have the chance to re-enroll at your original rate — even if the price increases (which it will) for new members.

Why do I pay in advance?

Participants make the investment up front because this is for serious, confident founders who want real progress — not dabblers. When you’ve got skin in the game, you show up differently. This isn’t for tire kickers. It’s for builders. And I only want to work with people who are ready to move. This isn't for business leaders who use the expression "we're going to TRY this". It's for business leaders who are not afraid to say "we're going to DO this".

With that being said, there is a 30 Day OnTRACK Guarantee that protects you.

Can I upgrade from Standard to VIP later?

Yes — as long as there’s still space available.

What if I try it and it’s not for me?

30 Day OnTRACK Guarantee:  Do the work for the first four Fridays.
