For serious founders only… available for the first time outside Henry's private practice.
The "One Avoidable Surprise" that Derails Even the Most Determined Founders … And the 100-Year-Old Behavioral Law That Finally Gets You Back OnTrack
Install the same structure my private clients pay me $3,500, $5,000 and even $15,000 a month to move their business faster than ever before.
Hi, my name is Henry Mittelman, and I'm the founder of CEO Advisory Partners.
I'd like to share with you something I've learned by working with entrepreneurs over the past 20 years.
You start the week clear. By Friday, you're buried.
Not because you're lazy. Not because you don't care. You know exactly what matters. That's what makes it worse (and gets you frustrated).

So what's not getting done?
It's the strategic decision you need to make that keeps moving to next week.
The launch that's been sitting on the whiteboard for two months or the project that never seems to get completed.
Every week you plan to work on it. Every week, something else takes over.
When Friday arrives, you close the laptop. And somewhere underneath the busyness is a feeling you can't quite name… It’s not failure exactly, but not success either. You feel like a train that's been derailed off it's track.
Then Monday comes and the whole script starts again.
If you're reading this, you're not in crisis.
Your business is running, but you know it could or should be doing better.
From the outside, everything looks fine. But you know the most important work, the work that actually moves the needle keeps slipping. And it's been slipping longer than you'd like to admit.
That feeling has a name. It's called DRIFT.
And it's not a discipline problem.
Even though you're moving… The most important work still isn't.

DRIFT has a real cost. It just doesn't announce itself.
It's all those ideas, marketing initiatives, operational changes, and other things that stay stuck on your whiteboard, while small fires eat your calendar up every week.
The cruel irony is that you're busy and you’re moving constantly, but the important work is going nowhere!
You feel it on Friday afternoons. The week was full. But was it full with the right stuff?
There's no external pressure to fix what nobody else can see is broken, and that's precisely why it compounds.
Clarity delayed is progress denied.
Yet every fix you've tried was solving the wrong problem.
Most productivity advice gets this completely wrong. The industry "experts" tell you the problem is discipline. Focus. Mindset. Better habits. Earlier mornings. Tighter to-do lists.
You've probably tried some version of all of it. It works for a week or two and then DRIFT comes back. You blame yourself. You try again. And the DRIFT comes back again.
That cycle isn't a character flaw. It's what happens when you apply personal solutions to a structural problem.
The real reason the important work keeps getting buried has nothing to do with your work ethic or your intentions.
There's no built-in mechanism in your week that makes your most important work non-negotiable.

Without that mechanism, urgent always beats important. The email that arrives Monday morning carries an implicit deadline. The important project doesn't. So the email wins every time. Not because you chose it, but because that's how unstructured weeks work.
This is a 100-year-old problem. And behavioral science solved it long ago.
In the 1920s, a Chicago factory accidentally discovered the solution to completely fix drifting.
In the 1920s, a team of researchers was studying worker productivity at a factory outside Chicago.
They wanted to know whether better lighting would improve output. So they brightened the lights throughout the day . Productivity went up.

Then they dimmed the lights back down. Productivity went up again.
The lighting had nothing to do with it.
The workers performed differently because they knew someone was watching. Not judging. Not managing. Just paying attention. That single fact… the awareness of being observed… changed behavior in ways that motivation, incentives, and instruction couldn't.
This finding became known as the Hawthorne Effect.
It's been replicated thousands of times across psychology, behavioral science, and performance research in the century since. Not a theory. Not self-help. One of the most rigorously documented behavioral laws in science.
Here's what it means for your business.
The reason your important work keeps getting buried isn't that you lack the will to do it. It's that there's no one watching whether it happens.
The gym doesn't care if you show up. It keeps cashing your check either way. But when a trainer is waiting at 7am, you show up. Why?
Because the structure changed. And suddenly you have someone reliably paying attention to whether your most important work actually happens.
That's the missing piece.

I've watched this pattern across 200+ founders. Here's what I built to break it.
I've worked closely with more than 200 founders, solopreneurs, and executives across different sectors.
During this period I’ve helped them make better decisions, scale faster, and get unstuck.
Before that, I helped build and operate a company that was eventually acquired for $400 million. I served as Managing Director at KPMG. I've advised venture-backed startups, bootstrapped operators, and 8-figure entrepreneurs navigating their next move.
Across every revenue level, every industry, every stage, I kept seeing the same pattern.
Brilliant operators DRIFTING because nothing in their week forced them to stop, look honestly at what had moved and what hadn't, and recommit to someone other than themselves, what actually mattered next.
Monday started with clear priorities. Wednesday, fires took over. Friday, the most important work hadn't moved....again!

"Henry is a true business builder who is more qualified than most to teach all entrepreneurs how to get 'UnSTUCK for Good.' I highly recommend you follow his approach carefully. Henry has nailed it."
— Brian Kurtz, Business Builder of Boardroom Inc., Founder of Titans Marketing LLC
"I have known Henry for more than 15 years. He excels at building businesses. His proprietary program provides a framework and roadmap to help you achieve your goals and change your limiting or unproductive habits. His guidance has been invaluable to me, and has been directly responsible for me taking action and achieving the goals I set to increase the revenue of my business and improve the effectiveness of my team."
— Chris O’Connor, CEO, Second Avenue Capital
The most common thing I heard from Shark Tank founders and franchise owners and C-suite executives was some version of the same six words.
"I was operating in a vacuum."
No one watching. No weekly checkpoint. No external moment that made the important work non-negotiable.
So I built OnTRACK Friday™ to install a simple structural solution that helps you get your most important work done week, after week, after week.
My private clients pay up to $15,000 a month for strategic clarity and personal guidance, high-leverage decision support, and ongoing accountability. The same structural foundation underpins everything I do with them.
OnTRACK Friday™ delivers that same foundation in a leaner format. Built for serious operators who can’t afford the more personalized one-on-one hand-holding, but need the structure that makes their most important work non-negotiable, week after week.
That sentiment is not just mine. Here's what Shaan Patel, founder of Prep Expert, (a Mark Cuban company) said after we started working together more than 7 years ago.
“I pitched my company on Shark Tank in 2016. I never thought I would be in need of a business coach — but I was wrong. I approached Henry Mittelman to help me solve some organizational issues as well as scale my business, and Henry over delivered. Despite the challenges of COVID-19, we had our biggest revenue years ever. Henry helps me make decisions as a CEO where previously, I made those decisions in a vacuum. He acts as a sounding board for all my ideas, helps me assess the risk of our decisions, and keeps me focused. Bringing Henry on board was one of the best decisions I have made in the past 10 years at Prep Expert.”

The whole thing takes 15 minutes. Here's exactly what happens.
To be clear, OnTRACK Friday™ isn't coaching. It's not a course. It's not a mastermind, a peer group, or a productivity app.
It's a performance infrastructure that takes 15-minute every Friday.
It installs the one structural element behavioral science has proven actually works: consistent external observation by someone who pays attention and knows what they're looking at.
Here's exactly how it works.
Step 1: Submit Your Commitments
Every Friday, you document your progress, identify what's working, commit to the three most important things you'll accomplish the following week, and name your biggest current frustration — along with what you plan to do about it.
Under 15 minutes. A sharp recalibration, not a performance review.
Step 2: External Review
Henry reads your submission personally. No judgment. Just visibility. You're seen, you've made a commitment, and that changes everything — because behavioral science says it does.
Step 3: Strategic Prompting
Sometimes you'll receive a response with an insight, a question, or a nudge to refocus. Sometimes silence is all you need. The structure is doing its work either way. The ritual is the mechanism.
Step 4: Recommit and Reset
Monday starts clear. Three specific commitments. No fog. No leftover reactive chaos from the week before.
Simple by design. Because complexity kills follow-through.
Here's what David Rosenberg, Founder of Rosenberg Automotive Holdings and former CEO of Prime Motor Group, said about what that kind of consistent structure did for his business:
"If you want to achieve your greatest potential, Henry's OnTRACK FRIDAY™ program will dramatically improve your personal effectiveness, profitability, and long-term success."
Most people who join OnTRACK Friday™ have already tried something else
Every accountability system you've tried had the same flaw. This one doesn't.
The mastermind that started strong and faded by month three.
The accountability partner whose commitment didn't outlast the initial enthusiasm.
The peer group with good community, but nobody watching your specific work. The app that tracks what you tell it to track, then sits there silently when you stop opening it.
Every one of those systems has the same flaw.
Nobody is actually watching.
OnTRACK Friday™ is structurally different because Henry reads every submission. Personally. That's not a feature. That's the mechanism. That's the Hawthorne Effect in practice.
It's also why the Standard Program is capped at 35 members, not as a marketing device, but because beyond that number the personal review becomes impossible.
Henry reads every submission from every member, every week. The cap protects the integrity of the mechanism. Remove the observation and you've removed the result.
Here’s what Tanis Yannetti said about his experience with OnTrack Friday:
"I was referred to CEO Advisory Partners by a close friend who had worked with Henry for a number of years. I had come to the realization that while I was the owner of the business, I needed to improve my ability to be a more effective CEO. Henry taught me the skills, and gave me the confidence, to take my business forward. Because of his support, guidance, and encouragement, I am more focused and look at my business in a more strategic way. The OnTRACK FRIDAY™ Program provided me the structure to hold me and my team more accountable, and accomplish more high value activities. Henry has helped me to make a more positive impact on my company, I'm now confident in its long-term success."

Wendy Gutterson joined OnTrack Friday when she knew she needed to scale but couldn't quite get her most important work to move consistently. What changed when the structure was in place:
"I knew that to scale my business, I had to make some changes. Henry's OnTRACK FRIDAY™ program helped me to be more effective on a daily basis, giving me the ability and time I needed to stay focused and accomplish the high value tasks that really mattered. Together we developed operational and growth strategies and tactics that improved the foundation of the business, allowing us to handle the increased revenue we are now experiencing. The results have been truly remarkable."

OnTRACK Friday™ isn't for everyone.
This is for you if…
This is Not for you if…
LET ME BE CLEAR. THIS IS ONLY FOR LEADERS WHO ARE READY! If you're a "Course Collector" this is not for you.
Picture this: You walk into someone's home office and see shelves lined with business books, binders full of printed courses, and a computer desktop cluttered with folders labeled "Marketing Course 2019," "Direct Response Marketing Vault" "Business Builder Startup" and dozens more.
Ask this person what they're working on, and they'll excitedly tell you about the "amazing new strategy" they just learned from the latest guru.
Ask them what results they've gotten from the previous 47 courses they bought, and you'll get a blank stare.
You know exactly who I'm talking about. The person who has spent $10,000 on courses but that hasn’t made $100 in profit.
The "professional student" who knows every marketing theory but has never generated a click to an order form, let alone a sale.
The course collector gets a high from buying the next courses and learning the latest tactic, but never actually implements anything.
They join various "challenges", get excited for the first week, then get distracted by the next shiny object that promises "easier" or "faster" results.
Here's the truth: This challenge requires you to STOP learning and START doing.
For 30 days, you'll be required to implement one simple task per day. No shortcuts. No "better ways." No jumping to the next course.
If you're the type who has a hard drive full of unused courses, if you get bored easily, if you're always looking for the "next big thing" instead of mastering what you already have...
OnTRACK FRIDAY™ will frustrate the hell out of you.
Course collectors who can't commit to finishing what they start should leave right now.
Based on what I have experienced in the past, a lot of people who read this won't join - not because it's too hard or too expensive, but because it takes a real commitment to follow-through.
If you have a computer, closet, or basement full of expensive "informational products or other magic pills" you never quite got around to consuming — much less implemented — then you won’t get any value from OnTRACK FRIDAY™.
So, if you're really not ready to commit, please don't join.
On the other hand, if you’re a serious driven solopreneur, entrepreneur, or founder who just needs "that little extra" to stay on track, you’re exactly who this was built for.
David Rudnick knew his business could be doing better. He wasn't in crisis, but he was DRIFTING, and he knew it.
Here's what one year of OnTrack Friday produced:
"I've been an owner and entrepreneur for almost 10 years. While my business does well, I knew it could be doing better so I enrolled in the OnTRACK FRIDAY™ Program. Henry helped me to develop a strategic roadmap. In the first year we worked together, profits dramatically increased, and my stress levels took a nosedive. His counsel helped me to see the business more clearly and make better decisions. The OnTRACK FRIDAY™ Program ensured I stay focused on the high value activities that really matter. If you want to grow your business faster, I highly recommend you work with Henry. It's one of the best decisions I have ever made for my business, and for me personally.”

The three things founders wonder before they apply and my straight answers.
This isn't one more thing. It's 15 minutes on Friday – the pulse that keeps everything else moving forward.
Most members find they recover more hours than they invest because working clearer is faster than working harder.
Then you really didn't commit, because it works. Period. It's not up for discussion.
OnTrack Friday™ isn't a course, a coach, or a hack. It's a 16-year, time-tested proven system built on behavioral science. Proven systems either work or they don't and this one works.
There's also a first-month satisfaction guarantee for VIP members. If after month one either of us feels this isn't a fit, your investment is returned in full. No explanation needed.
Jess Galica came looking for a thinking partner who could operate at both the strategic and operational level. What she found surprised her:
"What sets Henry apart from other business or CEO coaches is his versatility and ability to support not only at the strategic high level, but also at the really operational level as well. He's been able to help me with things like getting my podcast off the ground for the first time, navigating some elements of the book publishing industry, and even getting started with a virtual assistant for the first time. That balance of strategic support, along with the operational realities that you face every day as someone trying to build something, has been so valuable — and I think difficult to find in the market when you're looking for a coach and trusted partner."

Here's what your Friday could look like

With OnTrack Friday™, you look back at what you committed to last week. Two of three things done. The third was delayed but you know exactly why, and you have a clear plan.
You name your three commitments for next week.
Close it in 12 minutes.
Without OnTrack Friday™, your list was just as long on Friday as it was on Monday. There’s an important project that hasn't moved in three weeks. The quiet dissatisfaction of a full week that somehow didn't move the needle.
The difference between with and without OnTRACK Friday™ is structural. The business that felt like it was spinning is now advancing with direction. Decisions you used to carry half-made now get made and moved on. Weeks have a record, a rhythm, a point.
The entrepreneur who runs their week with intention wins. Not because they're more talented. Because their most important work actually happens.
You've always known what matters. Now you have the structure that makes acting on it non-negotiable.

Two options are in front of you right now.
The first option is to leave this page and continue the status-quo. Start out on Monday with good intentions. End on Friday with the important work still waiting. DRIFT compounding quietly, week after week. That option costs nothing today. Over the next 12 months, it costs more than you think.
The second option is to install the structure that stops it.
Fifteen minutes a week. A weekly record of what mattered and whether it happened. Henry reads it every single time. And a behavioral law with a 100-year track record making your most important work the thing that actually gets done.
$5,000 for the entire year (or $17,500 for the Enhanced VIP Program).
The founder who runs their week with intention wins. Not because they're more talented. Because what matters to them actually happens.
That's the only difference. And it's available to you right now.
Don't let another week DRIFT by. The most important work in your business has been waiting long enough.
OnTRACK Friday™ is built for founders who are serious about how they run their business.
If that's you – join.
Let's get you back on track.
